Birthday Bash...

We had a birthday party for Alyssa this past weekend! It was hot but lots of fun! I guess that is what you should expect when having an outdoor summer party! At least we had the pool to jump in when it got a little toasty! I love making my girls' birthdays so special and fun! Alyssa wanted a swim party at her nana sue's house. So, her wish was given to her!!

I LOVE throwing any kind of party! I spend lots of time looking at parties online and fun ideas and have realized you can just spend a fortune and most do!! I can tell you I spent very little on this decor. I made pretty much EVERYTHING you will see. I used a lot of stuff that I already had and either painted it or re-did it to match the colors and theme of the party!!

The theme was fruit, candy, and ice cream! It was so bright and so much fun! I used turquoise, pink, coral, lime green, purple, and yellow!
I will post all of my pictures and then tomorrow I will show you what all I did myself and how to make some of the things you see!!

The birthday girl!!!

Just some tissue poms that I made.

Candy topiary centerpieces

Drink Station!

We had a ice cream sundae station and these were the sundae cups!

At the end of the day, we had one happy little girl!
Mission Accomplished!:)
